On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area (lounge, dining room, kitchen, and entrance), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a fully equipped laundry room (washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), one double room with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with shower, a relaxation area (sofa, books, board games), and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with dining table, chairs, barbecue, and garden furniture, a large sauna, parking, and a pool shared with the owners (7.50 x 3.50 x 1.50 m), open and heated from June to September (possibly longer depending on weather).
