On the ground floor: a large living area (lounge, dining room, kitchen, entrance), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a laundry room (washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: three double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), one double room with two single beds (90x190), a shower room, a relaxation area (sofa, books, board games), and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with dining table, chairs, barbecue, and garden furniture, a large sauna, parking, and a pool shared with the owners (7.50 x 3.50 x 1.50 m), open and heated June to September (may be extended depending on weather). Swimming hours: 09:00–20:00. A shared space with loungers, dining table, and chairs is also available. The jacuzzi and a small sauna are for the owners’ exclusive use. Pets allowed on request with owner’s approval. Non-smoking property, with a dedicated outdoor area.
